The Technical Writer/Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials that simplify complex information for a broad audience. This role involves collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in all content produced.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Creation: Write and edit user manuals, technical guides, white papers, and online help systems.
Training Development: Design and develop training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructional videos.
Content Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Review and revise content to ensure it meets quality standards and is easily understood by the target audience.
User Support: Provide support and guidance to users through training sessions and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in technical writing and training development.
Proficiency in using documentation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the software or technology industry.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Certification in technical writing or instructional design.
